Why is OHR hair tonic serum different from other off-the-shelf hair loss treatment product ?
Hair loss and oily scalp is a problem that plaques both men and women. Our products address the needs of both. Individual hair follicles react differently and we believe that different hair loss treatment product works for different person. Therefore, our existing customers have tried other off-the-shelf hair loss treatment product before staying with our product which really works for them.

When will I start seeing results ?
You are probably not going to see results in 1 or 2 months by using 1 or 2 bottles. Your hair loss has probably been underway for quite some time now, so it only makes sense that the recovery process will take some time too. Our daily product work as a catalyst for existing hair growth. By using our product daily, visible results can be achieved relatively quickly, but the final result takes six months to a year. However, some might not see any improvement at all and might need to undergo costly hair transplant treatment for their serious balding problem.

If my hair is growing and thickening using OHR hair tonic serum product, should I continue using it ?
Our hair follicles roots are quite similar to plants roots, they require constant nutrients to ensure they are strengthened and growing well. As we patiently water our plants diligently, we will also need to keep nourishing our hair follicles consistently with proven hair scalp treatment.

How does the hair spray work ?
Spray-on daily OHR hair tonic serum activates your existing dormant hair follicles and strengthens your individual hair. The hair spray natural serum active nutrients helps to minimise hair loss and encourage hair growth. We recommend gentle massaging on your hair scalp for better absorption of the serum and improved circulation. It’s a leave-in hair tonic serum, meaning you should not wash your hair after application

How do I use daily ?
Wash or wet your hair and dry with a towel. The hair scalp should be moist, since this will improve your scalp ability to absorb the serum. Shake well and Spray-on the serum (about 10 pumps) and lightly massage your hair scalp, pressing the serum into the skin to ensure full absorption after each application. Since it is a leave-in hair tonic serum, meaning you should not wash your hair after application as it is not a hair loss shampoo.

How long does a bottle of 100ml OHR hair tonic serum last ?
There is 100ml in one bottle and if use daily (morning and evening), should last about a month. You can check out our How-to-Use on the simple usage instructions.

What are the nutrients in OHR hair tonic serum ?
The nutrients are all natural, and the serum contains no chemical or animal ingredients. Various floral extract includes : Cinnamomea Anthrodia (rare mushroom) , Indigo Naturalis extract, Morus Alba extract, Clitoria Ternatea extract, Eclipta Prostrata extract, Saw Palmetto extract, Rhinacanthus Nasutus extract, Acanthus Ebracteatus extract, Sanitised water, Ethyl Alcohol and PEG 400.

Is there any known allergy or side effects ?
The hair tonic serum contains natural, botanical, floral nutrients, and therefore some users who are allergic to plant enzyme, hair scalp reaction might occur. Should any severe allergic reaction occur, immediately stop the application and seek medical attention.

Should I use if I have had a hair transplant or surgery ?
We strongly do not recommend you to use if you have had a hair transplant or surgery. Please consult your doctors individually.

Why should I give it a try ?
We encourage you to try our lower priced at-home treatment first, before embarking on other higher priced, multiple booking sessions with other hair loss treatment centre or undergoing a costly hair transplant surgery.

Will the use of these products create new hair follicles ?
No, these products will not create new hair follicles (we don’t believe such product exist). Our product will stimulate and nurture existing hair follicles. In order to increase the amount of hair follicles in a certain area, a separate hair transplant or surgery is needed. Possible build-up of oils, dirt and sweat, dandruff on your scalp may also cause clogged follicles – one of the main condition which can also affect your rate of hair growth.
